This set is designed for general use for cutting metric ISO threads according to DIN 13 and is suitable for both manual and machine use. The dies are ideal for use on electrical conduit pipes to ensure a safe and standard-compliant connection.

1. Step 1: Prepare the Pipe
   Saw the conduit pipe to the desired length and deburr the cut edge cleanly. The surface should be clean and free of contaminants.
2. Step 2: Assemble the Tool
   Select the correct die and the corresponding guide (M 20×1.5 or M 25×1.5) from the set. Insert the die into the holder and fasten it securely. Then, slide the guide onto the end of the pipe.
3. Step 3: Cut the Thread
   Position the die holder with the guide on the end of the pipe. The guide ensures that the tool is applied exactly at a right angle. Turn the holder clockwise with slight pressure until the first threads are cut. Use cutting oil to reduce friction and increase the tool’s service life.
4. Step 4: Check the Thread
   Turn the die holder back after cutting and remove it from the pipe. Clean the finished thread and check its quality.
